La Liga leaders Barcelona grabbed the lead in the first half, but lowly Levante recorded a huge result as they earned a 1-1 draw at home on Saturday.

With several injuries plaguing the reigning Spanish and European champions, others stepped up to bring Barça to the fore and Deco put them in front in this game in the 41st minute.It looked like the Catalans would be able to get a result on the road, but Levante battled hard and in the 76th minute Álvaro snagged an equalizer sending wild cheers through the home crowd.They would hold on for a point that lifted them to 14th in the table. With the draw, Sevilla can now go top of the table with a win on Sunday
